New York City DOE holds Public Hearing

On Wednesday evening, April 19th at Tolentine Head Start on University Avenue in the Bronx, the NYC Department of Education held a public hearing to solicit comments from the community in connection with the proposed Cardinal McCloskey Community Charter School.

Community members were encouraged to attend to offer their opinions and seek additional information.

The comments, consistent with previous community meetings, were all positive with the hope that the school receives approval to proceed and open in September of 2018.
